SHIPPING

We reserve the right to change our shipping methods without notice. We have our shipping account set up with UPS at this time. We reserve the right to ship by our choice or best method at the time of shipping. 

If for reasons beyond our control and yours (the customer's), your package was not delivered as per your requested address, you agree to help Bloom's Creations fill out the necessary forms for the shipping company to retrieve the reimbursement so we can send you a new product. 

RETURNS & REFUNDS

Personalized and/or Custom Orders—Once your personalized/custom order is in creation it can not be canceled. There are No returns and No Refunds on Personalized or Custom orders.   Regular In Stock Items: 30-Day Return—customer pays return shipping. You will receive an On-Line-Store Credit. No cash return will be provided.

LEGAL / DISPUTE

If you stop payment on your order during or after creation and/or shipping, you agree to pay any and all additional costs, legal and/ or otherwise, and/or fees incurred, as well as the total cost of purchase. 

Warranty Disclaimer  Products are extensively inspected before shipping. We can not control your usage of items that you have purchased, once they are in your possession. If it is a product defect, please call or email us immediately, before the 30 days return policy. You will need to return it to us, then it will be re-inspected upon its return. If it is found that it is a product defect then an On-Line-Store credit will be given. If it is found that it was a misuse of a product or if a product was used other than manner specified then there will not be a refund.

ABUSE

We reserve the right to terminate anyone and or any account that becomes abusive in language or action.
